Baby Higgins ( Tracy Newborn Photographer)

I just love taking pictures of new babies, this little guy was not as excited about having his picture taken as I was about taking it.  In the end he calmed down and let us get a few shots.  What a fun family.  I know I always say that but each one really is fun to get to know.
